Women's Health of Central Virginia is the dominant OB/GYN practice within a 25-mile radius of Lynchburg. The group provides a comprehensive range of women's healthcare services at the property.

Hamric Capital was engaged by the physician owners to advise on real estate strategy.  Hamric Capital worked with ownership on a highly competitive process that included multiple investors and ultimately achieved a successful transaction for the real estate partnership.
